London house worth £1.5m ‘couldn’t be happier’

London’s new £1 million house is in the market for a new owner, with a potential sale price of more than £1m.

The mansion, built in 1931 and named after Queen Victoria’s granddaughter, was built by a company called the House of Holland.

The home is one of two properties in the city that are listed on the London Property Registry, and both are owned by the London Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

A spokesman for the London House of Lords said the estate had not received a bid.

“The House of Windsor Estate is one part of the estate of the royal family, which includes the House and the residence of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex,” the spokesman said.

“We are awaiting the confirmation of the prospective purchaser.”

The estate was once a home to the Duchess of Cornwall.

It was the property of the Earl of Sandwich and is now the home of the Queen and Prince Philip.

The house was built in the 1930s and was the site of the original home of Lady Diana Spencer, the wife of the late Duke of York.

It has a large garden and was one of the first of its kind in London, the spokeswoman said.

The property had a “significant” amount of history.

It is a beautiful property, with lots of history, she said.
